For the second year in a row, the first Moovijob.com jobboard reveals the ranking of Luxembourg companies most consulted by candidates. With a few surprises at the end!

Although candidates still have the opportunity to search for job offers in a very traditional way, their behaviour has changed significantly over the last two years by searching for a company even before a job offer. This is where the interest of the section “Companies” of the site, which lists more than 2,600 Luxembourg companies, lies.

This new way of finding your future employer allows you to analyse the companies with the highest «degree of seduction», a new indicator created by Moovijob.com in 2024 and offering the possibility of measuring the employer brand of a company.

First place: Luxair maintains its first place

Already in first place in the 2023 ranking, Luxair does not stop on its way and continues to widen the gap! More than 20,000 visits separate Luxair from the second. This is explained by a very strong brand awareness but also the diversity of jobs offered within the company.

Deuxième place : les CFL à toute vitesse 

Avec plus de 5000 collaborateurs, le premier employeur du pays connait un très fort engouement en passant de la 8ème à la 2ème place. Ayant effectué un travail conséquent sur sa marque employeur durant ces dernières années (#WeareCFL), l’entreprise planifie plus de 500 recrutements en 2025 !

Third place: Auchan Retail takes the podium 

By narrowly missing out on second place with a mere 300 visits, Auchan has managed to create real proximity with its customers, employees and candidates. The company is just ahead of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) and the University of Luxembourg.
