Cross-border teleworking: the challenge of establishing a sustainable framework between France and Luxembourg is once again at the center of discussions.
Indeed, since 2023, a framework agreement has allowed cross-border workers to carry out up to 49.9% of their work remotely without the risk of being switched to the social security system of their country of residence. However, this agreement, negotiated for five years, remains revocable at any time.
