Lorraine is made up of the departments of Meuse, Meurthe-et-Moselle, Moselle, and Vosges.
The most populated cities in 2022 were: Metz (120,211 inhabitants) , Nancy (104,403 inhabitants), Thionville (41,383 inhabitants) and Épinal (31,832 inhabitants).
