Each month, around 10,000 temporary workers are active across approximately 1,500 user companies, operating in all sectors of the economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Key Sector in the Luxembourg Labor Market<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Temporary employment plays a major role in Luxembourg\u2019s economy, offering flexible and accessible opportunities across many industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main sectors include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Construction (around 40%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Industry (around 30%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retail and hospitality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tertiary services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Healthcare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Around 70% of temporary workers are cross-border commuters from France, Belgium, and Germany, highlighting the sector\u2019s strong regional integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Training, Safety &amp; Employability at the Core<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Temporary employment is one of the few sectors with its own dedicated training fund.
